Important Reminder
Please record a full unboxing video starting from the sealed condition of the package.
An unboxing video is required for any claims regarding missing items or product defects.
*Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted
*All our products are original and shipped directly from Korea. We do not open sealed products, so missing or dented items inside (e.g. photocards) and minor scratches or marks are not valid reasons for refund or return as they are considered manufacturer defects.
*Change of mind is not eligible for refund or return.
*Items that have been delivered for more than 7 days cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
